Allah, Glory be to Him, is singular in creation and choice. The Most High said: {And your Lord creates what He wills and chooses what is best for them. Glory be to God Almighty above what they associate with them} (Al-Qasas: 68).

Among His mercy to His servants is that He chose between times and times, choosing from them times that He singled out for more grace and an increase in reward; To be claimed to sharpen the determination, and the renewal of wills.

And the competition in good deeds and exposure to the scents, and among these virtuous times are the ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, which are characterized by a number of virtues and characteristics.

God has sworn by it in his book to mention her honor and greatness of her stature, so the Almighty said: {And the dawn * and the ten nights * and the intercession and the odd} (Al-Fajr: 1-3), a number of scholars said: It is the ten days of Dhul-Hijjah.

And the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, testified that they are the greatest days of the world, and that righteous deeds in them are better than in others, as in the hadith of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them, where he, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: ,

They said: O Messenger of God, not jihad in the cause of God? He said: Not even jihad for the sake of God, except for a man who went out with himself and his money and did not return with anything.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, and its origin is in Al-Bukhari.

And in the hadith of Ibn Omar: (There are no days greater with God and more beloved to Him than working in them than these ten days, so multiply during them in terms of tahlil, takbeer and praise) Narrated by Ahmad.
