تم تدشين المنتخب السعودي الأول لكرة القدم للسيّدات في أول معسكر إعدادي منذ تشكيله تحت إشراف المدير الفني للمنتخب الألمانية "مونيكا ستاب".

حيث تم إنضمام إلى فريق العمل المدربة الألمانية كل من مساعدة المدربة دنا رجب وساندرا كالين (سويسرا)، ومارتن باتشوليك (سلوفاكيا) في الجهاز الفني المساعد، وكاثرين لاينغيرت (ألمانيا) مدربة حراس مرمى، ودنا نيوبيري (أستراليا) محللة فيديو.

طاقم إداري

ويضم الجهاز الإداري لمنتخب السيدات مشرفة المنتخبات عالية الرشيد، ومديرة المنتخب بيرين صدقة، وإداريتي المنتخب داليا العبيكان وانتصار القحطاني.

حيث تبدأ المرحلة الأولى في مدينة جدة في حين تقام المرحلة الثانية في العاصمة الرياض تمهيدًا إلى خوض أول مباراتين دوليتين للمنتخب السعودي للسيدات في جزر المالديف يومي 20 و24 فبراير المقبل.

رفع مستوى اللياقة

وقامت لاعبات المنتخب في عدة حصص تدريبية تم خلالها التركيز على تمارين اللياقة والتمارين العضلية بهدف رفع معدل اللياقة لدى اللاعبات، فيما تم تكثيف التمارين التكتيكية قبل أن يتم تقسيم اللاعبات إلى مجموعتين وفرض مناورة على منتصف الملعب.

حيث تنوعت تمارين منتخب السيدات التي تقام يومياً على فترتين صباحية ومسائية، بين التمارين البدنية والتكتيكية وأيضاً بعض الحصص النظرية التحليلية، بهدف الوصول إلى أفضل قدر من الجاهزية قبل التوجه إلى جزر المالديف.

The first Saudi women's football team was inaugurated in the first preparatory camp since its formation under the supervision of the coach of the German national team, "Monica Staab".

Assistant coach Dana Rajab and Sandra Kalin (Switzerland), Martin Pachulik (Slovakia) in the assistant coaching staff, Catherine Lingert (Germany), goalkeeper coach, and Dana Newbery (Australia), video analyst, joined the German coaching team.

Administrative staff

The administrative body of the women's team includes team supervisor Alia Al-Rasheed, team manager Beren Sadaqa, and team administrators Dalia Al-Obeikan and Intisar Al-Qahtani.

The first stage will start in Jeddah, while the second stage will be held in the capital, Riyadh, in preparation for the first two international matches for the Saudi women's team in the Maldives on February 20 and 24.

Raise the level of fitness

The players of the team took part in several training sessions, during which the focus was on fitness and muscular exercises in order to raise the fitness rate of the players, while the tactical exercises were intensified before the players were divided into two groups and a maneuver was imposed on the middle of the field.

The women's team exercises, which are held daily in two shifts, morning and evening, varied between physical and tactical exercises, as well as some theoretical and analytical classes, with the aim of reaching the best level of readiness before heading to the Maldives.
