المملكة تتفوق رقميا في مؤشر النضج الرقمي

حققت السعودية تفوقاً رقمياً جديداً في قطاع الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات، بتصنيفها في المرتبة الثانية عالمياً بين دول مجموعة العشرين ضمن تقرير التنافسية الرقمية للعام الجاري.

وبحسب بعض المصادر، فإن المملكة تقدمت 20 درجة في المؤشر العام مقارنة بالعام السابق، كما تقدمت 86 درجة في محور النظام البيئي الرقمي متصدرة دول مجموعة العشرين، محققة المركز الثالث في محور القدرات الرقمية بين دول المجموعة.

وفي هذا السياق قال الدكتور سالم العلياني رئيس مركز الذكاء الاصطناعي في جامعة الملك خالد، إن تقرير التنافسية الرقمية الذي أظهر تقدم المملكة إلى المرتبة الثانية بين دول مجموعة العشرين، مؤشر عالمي يحظى باحترام كبير في الأوساط التقنية.

إذ يقتبس معلوماته من المنظمات الرصينة، مثل البنك الدولي ومنتدى الاقتصاد العالمي وهو يقيس معايير مهمة مثل البنية التحتية ورأس المال البشري، إضافة إلى استقطاب الكفاءات وتطور ريادة الأعمال كما يقيس أيضاً الخطط المطروحة.

ما هو تطبيق سكني

هو برنامج تطبيق هاتف مقدم من قبل وزارة الإسكان وصندوق التنمية العقارية أطلق في عام 2017م وتم خلاله تخصيص 280 ألف منتج سكني في جميع أنحاء المملكة بمنتجات سكنية.

وهذا البرنامج يسعى لتقديم العديد من الحلول السكنية للسعوديين، ذلك عن طريق طرح وحدات عقارية متنوعة في مشاريع سكني في مناطق متعددة بالمملكة، يأتي هذا من منطلق دعم الحكومة للمواطنين في تملك منازل خاصة بهم، وإتاحة أنظمة دفع ميسرة.

وفي نفس الوقت، يُعد برنامج سكني خطوة كبيرة في المجال العقاري، وفرصة للمطورين لإقامة مشروعات متعددة؛ لتنشيط السوق العقاري والاقتصاد في المملكة.

ومنها على النحو التالي: تخصيص 120 ألف وحدة سكنية جاهزة وتحت الإنشاء، توزيع 75 ألف أرض سكنية، وإصدار 85 ألف رقم جديد لصندوق التنمية العقارية ابتداءً من شهر فبراير 2017م.

حيث خصص في العام 2018م أكثر من 300 ألف منتج سكني في جميع أنحاء المملكة وهي كالتالي: 125 ألف وحدة سكنية، و75 ألف أرض سكنية (مجانية)، و 100 ألف تمويل سكني (مدعوم الأرباح).

مع إستهداف هذا المنتج تلبية مطالب المستهلكين، الذين كانوا يريدون شراء قناع وجه أقل وزنا، وذلك كي يتسنى لهم استخدامه لحماية أنفسهم، في خضم تفشي وباء كورونا.

جالكسي فان اديشن؟ وحقيقة عودة النوت

وأخيرا ممكن أن نقول إننا سوف نحصل على هاتف سامسونج جالكسي نوت 22 – Samsung Galaxy Note 22 خلال عام 2022 أم أنها مجرد أحلام؟

ندرك دائما أننا لن نحصل على جالكسي Note 21، ولكن هناك بصيص من الأمل يشير إلى أن شركة سامسونج تخطط بالفعل لإطلاق جالكسي Note 22 خلال العام القادم.

ولكن لو قمنا في ملاحظة تطور كل نظام على مدار السنوات الماضية، بكل صراحة شديدة، نشعر بأن المنصتين متشابهتين بشكل كبير من منظور تجربة المستخدم، لذا هناك تعادل في تجربة المستخدم للشركتين.

حقيقة تصميم آيفون 14 و ساعة آبل القادمة

مع ظهور سلسلة iPhone 13 بالكاد متوفرة في المتاجر حول العالم، لكن هذا لا يمنع التسريبات المحيطة بطراز العام المقبل، كما يلاحظ 9to5Mac.

حيث ادعى مارك جورمان من بلومبرج، أن iPhone 14 سيمثل "إعادة تصميم كاملة" - وهو الأول منذ وصول iPhone X في عام 2017.

وأن شركة Apple سوف تبدأ في إسقاط الشاشة بالكامل في عام 2022، بدءًا من iPhone 14 Pro الذي سوف يستخدم كاميرا أمامية مثقبة مثل العديد من هواتف Android.

من ناحية أخرى, أعلنت شركة آبل Apple رسميا عن watchOS 8 مع مستخدمي ساعاتها الذكية، وهو الإصدار الجديد من نظام التشغيل أو التحديث الجديد الذي يجلب لمستخدمي ساعات آبل ووتش الذكية العديد من المميزات والتحسينات الجديدة.

هونر في قمة صناعة الهواتف

قالت بعض المصادر في الوكالات الفيدرالية في الولايات المتحدة إنها إنقسمت حول قرار إضافة شركة تصنيع الهواتف الذكية هونر إلى القائمة السواء، إلى جانب مالكتها السابقة هواوي، بحسب ما نشرته واشنطن بوست.

وأوضح وزارة البنتاجون ووزارة الطاقة الأميركية أنهما تؤيدان قرار الحظر، بينما عارضت كل من وزارتي الخارجية والتجارة القرار، وذلك خلال اجتماع جمعهم جميعاً الأسبوع الماضي لمناقشة قرار الحظر.

ولكن في حال إضافة هون إلى قائمة الحظر السوداء سوف يصبح من المحظور على الشركة الصينية التعامل مع أيٍّ من الشركات الأميركية.

وكذلك محظور عليها الاستفادة من أي منتج أميركي أو منتج يدخل في تصنيعه مكونات تصنعها شركات أميركية، إلا برخصة رسمية من وزارة التجارة الأميركية.

وتعتبر هذه التطورات في مثابة تهديد حقيقي إلى مستقبل هواتف الشركة الصينية، حيث إنها سيتم حرمانها من العديد من المكونات الرئيسية للمنافسة في سوق الهواتف الذكية، مثل معالجات شركة كوالكوم وإنتل، وكذلك قلب هواتف هونر، وهو نظام تشغيل أندرويد الخاص بشركة جوجل.

آمازون تعلن روبوت حقيقي للمنازل

أعلنت شركة Amazon عن عدد من المنتجات خلال حدث إطلاق منتجاتها في فترة الخريف الحالي، بحيث تم تجهيز الروبوت المنزلي Astro مع شاشة دوارة يتم تثبيتها على قاعدة بعجلات.

حيث صممت Amazon الروبوت ليبدو متحركًا وودودًا، بعيون وحركات جسدية معبرة تستجيب لتفاعل المستخدم وفقا لما نقله موقع CNBC.

ويمكن للروبوت المنزلي أن يتحرك بمفرده من غرفة إلى أخرى ويكون قادرًا على التنقل حول الأشياء الموجودة على الأرض، ويحتوي الروبوت أيضًا على ميزات الأمان والسلامة.

آيباد قريبا مع شاشةOLED 

أوضح  تقرير جديد عن خطة شركة آبل إلى تغيير بعض شاشات آيباد الصغيرة المستقبلية إلى نوع OLED، وذلك بدءاً من عام 2022.

يأتي هذا التقرير من صحيفة ETNews الكورية، والتي ذكرت أن أبل سوف تطور أجهزة آيباد في عام 2022، وستكون هذه من أوائل أجهزة آبل اللوحية التي لا تستخدم نوعًا من شاشات LCD.

ومن ناحية أخرى بدأت آبل في التحول إلى شاشات LED بالفعل مع جهاز آيباد برو 12.9 لعام 2021 ، والآن قد تستخدم الموديلات الأصغر شاشات OLED.
