المثقف ودوره بالمجتمع

عبر التاريخ الإنساني والعصور والأزمان يظهر بين جيل وآخر ما يسمى بالمثقف أو رجل المتنور, حيث كان يواجه الكثير من الصعاب في سبيل الوصول بالمجتمع إلى درجة من الوعي أو النور أو الخلاص أو الرقي أو التقدم.

الثقافة

والثقافة هي قيمة إنسانية عليا ومجموعة من العلوم والخبرات والتربية والآداب والمعتقدات، يعتنقها الإنسان وتحدد مسار حياته وطريقة لبسه وأكله وبيته وكلامه وعمله، فهي عنصر مهم في عملية بناء الحضارات وتقدمها.

المثقف

والمثقف هو الإنسان المهذَّب المستنير مستقل الفكر، الذي يعمل ليرتقي دائما بعاداته وإنجازاته وتواصله، ومطلع على مجموعة من العلوم والمعلومات، وله تفاعل ورأي منطقي بكل ما يدور حوله، ويشارك بكل بناء مجتمعي وثقافي وحضاري لمجتمعه وأمته.

مهام المثقف

وهناك دور مهم للمثقف، وهو تقديم الأفكار والحلول المختلفة لكل الصعاب، ومن أجل المجتمع وحرياته واستقلاله وتقدمه، فالحضارة لا تقوم على الجهلاء، وإنما على المثقفين والأذكياء، وذلك بنقل التجارب الناجحة للناس ودفعهم الى العمل بها وفق ظروفهم.

ومن أدوار المثقف المشاكسة والمحاولات المختلفة بكل الأدوات التي يملكها كتابة ندوات، مقابلات، ورش عمل ثقافية، وغيرها، وطرح أسئلة كثيرة على الناس، وتحليل الإجابات المختلفة، لتدريب عقولهم على التفكير والعمل الإيجابي، وعدم الاستكانة أو للظروف والأمر الواقع.

تحريك المجتمع

ويستطيع المثقف أن يحرك المجتمع لصد أي أطروحات خطأ ومؤذية للمجتمع وثوابته، مثل فرز المجتمع عنصرياً وطائفياً، والدفاع عن المال العام أو الرضوخ للدكتاتوريات والظلم والقبول بالاحتلال الإسرائيلي إلى فلسطين والقدس الشريف.

وأيضا تحريك المجتمع نحو إيجاد أفق أفضل لجعل المجتمع يعيش حياة سعيدة بها الكثير من وسائل النبل والعدل وتحقيق مبدأ الكرامة الإنسانية.

المثقف الحقيقي

وهنا يتحدد أن المثقف الحقيقي يجد نفسه بين الناس، وليس في أحضان المناصب والمال، لأن الترف يجعل من العقل جامد، وفي الوقت نفسه من الممكن أن يكون عونا للحكومة الجادة بالبناء والتنمية.

ومنه أيضا تقدم المجتمع والدولة، فهو يملك آليات مختلفة يقود بها المجتمع للأفضل ومزيد من الحرية والديموقراطية والعدالة والتطور.

الإهتمام بالمثقف

المثقف آلة حركية تعمل دائماً، وتفكير لا يهدأ ولا يستكين، وأسئلة لا تنتهي، وإلا فلن يكون مثقفاً ولا مفيداً إلى مجتمعه، فكم من مثقف يحمل هذه الصفات ويعمل بها كشمعة تحترق من أجل إضاءة الطريق للآخرين.

ولكن هذا المثقف يجب أن ندرك أنه يحتاج إلى الإهتمام والتعاون مثل الآلة تحتاج بطارية وصيانة واهتماماً، وهنا ندرك أن دور المثقف مهم في المجتمع وعلينا أن نتعاون لجعل بلادنا أكثر تطورا في المفاهيم الإنسانية.

The intellectual and the society

Throughout human history, eras and times, the so-called intellectual or enlightened man appears between one generation and another, as he faced many difficulties in order to reach the community to a degree of awareness, light, salvation, advancement or progress.

the culture

Culture is a supreme human value and a set of sciences, experiences, education, literature and beliefs, embraced by man and determines the course of his life, the way he wears, eats, home, speaks and works. It is an important element in the process of building and advancing civilizations.

the intellectual

The educated person is the polite, enlightened, independent of thought, who works to always elevate his habits, achievements and communication, is familiar with a range of sciences and information.

Has a logical interaction and opinion on everything that revolves around him, and participates in every societal, cultural and civilized building of his society and nation.

The tasks of the intellectual

There is an important role for the intellectual, which is to present different ideas and solutions to all difficulties, and for the sake of society and its freedoms, independence and progress.

Civilization is not based on the ignorant, but on the intellectuals and the intelligent, by transferring successful experiences to people and pushing them to work according to their circumstances.

Among the quarrelsome roles of the intellectual and his various attempts with all the tools he possesses is writing seminars, interviews, cultural workshops, etc., asking many questions to people.

And analyzing the different answers, to train their minds to think and positive action, and not to be resigned to circumstances and the fait accompli.

move community

The intellectual can mobilize the society to repel any wrong and harmful thesis for the society and its constants, such as separating the society racially.

And sectarianly, defending public money or succumbing to dictatorships and injustice and accepting the Israeli occupation of Palestine and Al-Quds Al-Sharif.

And also moving the community towards finding a better horizon to make the community live a happy life with many means of nobility and justice and the realization of the principle of human dignity.

The real intellectual

Here it is determined that the real intellectual finds himself among the people, and not in the arms of positions and money, because luxury makes the mind rigid.

And at the same time it can be of assistance to the government serious in construction and development.

It also includes the progress of society and the state, as it possesses various mechanisms by which it leads society for the better and more freedom, democracy, justice and development.

Interest in the educated

The intellectual is a dynamic machine that always works, thinking does not calm down, and endless questions. Otherwise, he will not be educated or useful to his society.

How many intellectuals carry these qualities and work with them as a burning candle in order to light the way for others.

But this intellectual must realize that he needs attention and cooperation like a machine that needs a battery, maintenance and attention.

And here we realize that the role of the intellectual is important in society and we must cooperate to make our country more developed in human concepts.
