أصدرت محكمة أمن الدولة في دولة الأردن حكمها في قضية فتى مدينة الزرقاء على 17 متهم، في القضية حين إعتدوا بطريقة وحشية على شاب في محافظة منطقة الزرقاء الأردن نهاية عام 2020. تراوحت الأحكام بين الإعدام والحبس والإفراج.
الجريمة البشعة
حيث تسبب هذه الجريمة البشعة في بتر يديه
وإعتام إحدى عينيه، حكمها على ستة منهم الإعدام بالشنق حتى الموت، وسجن أربع تراوحت
مدة الحبس بين سنة و 15عاما، وبراءة سبعة آخرين.
حيث قال الفتى صالح عن هذه الحادثة الأليمة
في أول تعليق له بعد إصدار حكم المحكمة من أمن الدولة الأردنية: شكرا للعدالة.
المحكمة الأردنية أصدرت حكمها، الأربعاء
بتاريخ 17/03/2021، وقالت إنَ المدانين في هذه القضية ارتكبوا أفعالا تشكل إستهتارا
منهم على النفس البشرية وقدسيتها وحرمة التعرض لها وفق
الأحكام والنصوص في التشريع الإسلامي.
المحكمة
أكدت المحكمة أن الأفعال التي أقدموا عليها
تحدد في مدى خطورتها، والشروع الإجرامي الذي تم تنفيذه ، الأمر الذي سبب الهلع والفزع
والخوف في محافظة الزرقاء الأردن على وجه الخصوص، وبين أفراد المجتمع الأردني بشكل
عام، والمجتمع العربي كذلك ما إستوجب تغليظ العقوبة عليهم
أوقعت المحكمة العقوبات الأشد في حق ستة
مدانين في القضية وهي الإعدام شنقا حتى الموت، وقررت سجن المتهم السابع مدة 15عاما،
والمتهم الثامن مدة عشر سنوات، ووضعهما في الأشغال الشَّاقة، وسجن إثنان منهما مدة
عام واحد، وبراءة سبعة متهمين في هذه القضية وإخلاء سبيلهم.
القضية
وتعود أحداث هذه القضية (فتى الزرقاء) إلى
عام 2020، حيث أقدم المدانون على خطف الطفل والذي يدعى صالح من مدينة الهاشمية، وأخذه
إلى منطقة معزولة شرق محافظة الزرقاء، وهناك قاموا في بتر يديه وإعتام إحدى عينيه،
وإيذاء الأخرى، والتناوب على تعذيبه وهتك عرضه، وتصوير ذلك عىن طريق أجهزة الهاتف
الذكي ثم تركوه في أحد ممرات الطريق الشارع وهو يسبح في دمه دون إسعافه.

The State Security Court in the State of Jordan issued its verdict in the case of a boy in the city of Zarqa on 17 defendants, in the case when they brutally assaulted a young man in the governorate of the Zarqa District, Jordan at the end of 2020. The sentences ranged from execution, imprisonment and release.
Heinous crime
Where this heinous crime caused his hands to be amputated and one of his eyes blinded. Six of them were sentenced to death by hanging to death, and four imprisonment terms ranging from one to 15 years, and the acquittal of seven others.

The Jordanian court issued its verdict, Wednesday, March 17, 2021, and said that those convicted in this case committed acts that constitute a disdain for the human soul, its sanctity and the prohibition of exposure to it according to the provisions and texts of Islamic legislation.
The court
The court affirmed that the actions they committed are determined by the extent of their seriousness, and the criminal undertaking that was carried out, which caused panic, panic and fear in the Zarqa Governorate, Jordan in particular, and among members of the Jordanian community in general, and the Arab community as well, which necessitated harsher punishment for them.
The court imposed the most severe penalties against six convicts in the case, namely execution by hanging to death, and decided to imprison the seventh accused for 15 years, and the eighth defendant for ten years, and put them in hard labor, and imprison two of them for one year, acquitting seven defendants in this case and freeing them.
the case
The events of this case (the Zarqa Boy) go back to 2020, when the convicts kidnapped the child, called Saleh, from the city of Al-Hashemiya, and took him to an isolated area east of the Zarqa Governorate, and there they amputated his hands, blinded one of his eyes, and hurt the other, and took turns torturing him and indecenting him.
And photographing it on the way of a smartphone, then they left him in one of the lanes of the street, while he was swimming in his blood without giving him first aid.
