من هي هذه السيدة المحجبة والتي ظهرت في
المؤتمر الصحفي المختصر في مبنى البيت الأبيض؟
ظهرت سميرة فازيلي في صورة متمكنة, وهي
تتحدث عن خطط وأجندة إدارة الرئيس الأمريكي جو بايدن, لدعم الإقتصاد الأمريكي, والمشاريع
الحيوية والصغيرة والتي عانت بسبب جائحة كورونا.

في مجرد إعلان المتحدثة باسم البيت الأبيض،
جين ساكي، أن سميرة فازيلي، سترافقها في المؤتمر الصحفي اليومي، تساءل كثيرون عنها
قبل أن تفصح عن صفتها بأنها نائبة مدير المجلس الإقتصادي الوطني الأمريكي.
وظهرت سميرة فازيلي بشكل متمكن، وهي تتحدث
عن خطط إدارة الرئيس جو بايدن، لدعم وإنقاذ الاقتصاد، والمشاريع الصغيرة التي تعاني
بسبب موجة فيروس كوفيد 19 كورونا، وترد على أسئلة الصحفيين بكل ثقة.
سميرة فازيلي
سميرة فازيلي محامية ومختصة في العلوم الإجتماعية،
هاجر والداها الطبيبان محمد يوسف فازيلي ورفيقة فازيلي في السبعينات من القرن العشرين
من إقليم كشمير المتنازع عليه حاليا بين الهند وباكستان، إلى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
وحصلت على بكالوريوس في العلوم الإجتماعية
من كلية هارفارد بتقدير إمتياز، ثم حصلت بعد ذلك على الماجستير ثم درجة الدكتوراه في
القانون من كلية الحقوق من جامعة ييل، وهنا
تبدأ مسيرتها العملية محاضرة في كلية التنمية الإقتصادية والاجتماعية.
المهام الوظيفية والمجتمع
بعد توسيع خبرتها في مجال التمويل، التحقت
سميرة فازيلي في وزارة الخزانة الأميركية وبدأت تعمل على القضايا المتعلقة في مؤسسات
التمويل الجماعي وتمويل الإسكان والأعمال الصغيرة، كما كانت أيضا مستشارة أولى ورئيسة
موظفي وكيل وزارة الخزانة للشؤون الدولية.
ثم إنضمت بعد ذلك إلى إدارة الرئيس السابق
باراك أوباما بصفتها مستشارة أولى للسياسات في المجلس الإقتصادي الوطني، حيث شملت قضايا
التقاعد والتمويل والتنمية المجتمعية والإقتصادية. ثم انتقلت بعد ذلك إلى أتلانتا في
ولاية جورجيا، حيث شغلت منصب مديرة للبنك الإحتياطي الفيدرالي هناك.
حاليا الأن هي واحدة من ضمن عشرين موظف
في إدارة بايدن تعود أصولهم إلى إقليم كشمير بين الهند وباكستان، حيث ينصب إهتمامها
نائبة إلى مدير المجلس الإقتصادي الوطني على التصنيع والإبتكار والمنافسة المحلية،
كما يعمل المجلس على وضع السياسة الإقتصادية الأمريكية للبلاد ويقدم المشورة للرئيس
الأمريكي في وضع الخطط الإقتصادية.

Samira Vasily appeared in an able photo, as she talks about the plans
and agenda of the US President Joe Biden's administration, to support the American
economy, and the vital and small projects that have suffered due to the Corona
pandemic.
White House announcement
In the mere announcement of White House spokeswoman Jane Saki that Samira Vasily will accompany her at the daily press conference, many questioned her before she disclosed her description as the deputy director of the US National Economic Council.
Samira Vasily appeared in an able manner, talking about the plans of
President Joe Biden's administration, to support and save the economy, and
small projects suffering due to the wave of Covid 19 Corona virus, and respond
to journalists' questions with confidence.
Samira Vazeli
Samira Fazili is a lawyer and a specialist in social sciences. Her
parents, physicians Muhammad Yusef Vasili and Vasily's companion, emigrated in
the seventies of the twentieth century from the Kashmir region, which is
currently disputed between India and Pakistan, to the United States of America.
She obtained a BA in Social Sciences from Harvard College with
Distinction, then she obtained a Masters and then a PhD in Law from the Faculty
of Law from Yale University, and here begins her career as a lecturer at the
School of Economic and Social Development.
Job and community tasks
After expanding her experience in finance, Samira Vasily joined the US
Treasury and began working on issues related to crowdfunding institutions,
housing and small business financing, and was also a Senior Counsel and Chief
of Staff of the Under Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs.
She then joined former President Barack Obama's administration as a
Senior Policy Adviser at the National Economic Council, covering retirement,
finance, and socio-economic development. She then moved to Atlanta, Georgia,
where she held the position of Director of the Federal Reserve Bank there.
Currently, she is one of twenty employees in the Biden administration
who trace their origins to the Kashmir region between India and Pakistan. Her
interest as a deputy to the Director of the National Economic Council is on
industrialization, innovation and domestic competition.
The council also works on setting American economic policy for the
country and provides advice to the American president in developing Economic
plans.
