تقرير يترجم الجهود الحثيثة من قبل حكومة الإمارات العربية المتحدة لمواجهة جائحة كورونا

‏حلت ‎الإمارات العربية المتحدة في المركز الأول عربياً، في مؤشر التعافي الاقتصادي من آثار وباء ‎كوفيد_19 الذي يسببه ‎كورونا ، الذي نشرته مجموعة هورايزون البحثية، لتقييم الإمكانات والمقومات التي تمتلكها الدول والتي تساعدها على تجاوز الأزمة والتعافي منها.

وذلك بهدف تطوير سياسات فعالة للتعامل مع هذا التحدي، وبما يدعم الجهود الرامية إلى تحقيق التعافي الكامل في القطاعات الحياتية كافة.

وحسب نتائج المؤشر التي غطت 122 دولة؛ جاءت الإمارات العربية المتحدة في مقدمة الدول العربية، مدعومة بالعديد من العوامل وعناصر القوة التي يأتي في مقدمتها النظام المؤسسي القوي، والقدرات الرقمية العالية لمختلف القطاعات، علاوة على ارتفاع المستوى التعليمي للسكان.

و‏انعكس أداء الإمارات بمختلف مؤسساتها خلال التعامل مع الجائحة منذ بدايتها وحتى الآن على النتائج المتحققة، إذ جاءت الإمارات ضمن المراكز الـ 25 الأولى عالمياً في العديد من المؤشرات الفرعية.

و‏بعدما حلت في المركز الخامس في مؤشر «المستوى الصحي للسكان»، والمركز 15 في مؤشر «قوة سوق العمل»، والمركز 17 في مؤشر «مستوى الدين»، والمركز 19 في مؤشر «الحوكمة ورأس المال الاجتماعي»، والمركز 21 في مؤشر «الاقتصاد الرقمي»

ووفقاً لنتائج المؤشر لعب المستوى المرتفع للقدرات والإمكانات الرقمية على الصعيدين المجتمعي والاقتصادي دورا حاسما في التخفيف من الآثار السلبية على الكثير من القطاعات، وسيكون لها دور كبير خلال مراحل التعافي وإعادة البناء.

وعلى الرغم مما صاحب بداية الأزمة من تأثيرات طالت كثيرا من دول العالم، أكد التقرير أن الإمارات ودولاً أخرى مثل لوكسمبورغ وسنغافورة أظهرت مرونة اقتصادية كبيرة تدعم من قدراتها على التعافي، إلى جانب ما تتمتع به من نظم مؤسسية قوية.

The United Arab Emirates ranked first in the Arab world in the indicator of economic recovery from the effects of the Covid-19 epidemic caused by Corona, published by the Horizon Research Group, to assess the capabilities and assets that countries possess that help them overcome the crisis and recover from it.

This is in order to develop effective policies to deal with this challenge, and to support efforts aimed at achieving full recovery in all sectors of life.

According to the index results, which covered 122 countries; The United Arab Emirates came at the forefront of the Arab countries, supported by many factors and elements of strength, foremost of which is the strong institutional system, the high digital capabilities of various sectors, in addition to the high educational level of the population.

The performance of the UAE in its various institutions during dealing with the pandemic from its inception until now was reflected in the results achieved, as the UAE ranked among the top 25 in the world in many sub-indicators.

And after it ranked fifth in the "health level of the population" index, the 15th position in the "labor market strength" index, the 17th position in the "debt level" index, the 19th position in the "governance and social capital" index, and the 21st position in the "governance and social capital" index. Digital economy.

According to the index results, the high level of digital capabilities and capabilities at the societal and economic levels played a decisive role in mitigating the negative impacts on many sectors, and it will have a major role during the recovery and reconstruction stages.

Despite the effects that accompanied the beginning of the crisis, affecting many countries of the world, the report emphasized that the UAE and other countries such as Luxembourg and Singapore have shown great economic flexibility that supports their ability to recover, in addition to the strong institutional systems they enjoy.
